Trial Stay Suite

Created as an opportunity for people who want to experience retirement living without a long-term commitment, we offer the option of a 1-3 month stay in a fully furnished, well-equipped apartment at a 15% discount. Monthly rent includes two meals per day, weekly housekeeping, all social activities, and an on-duty health care professional 24-hours a day. For the sake of convenience during a trial stay, cable and telephone are also included.

This short-term accomodation allows an opportunity to experience the many benefits and included services enjoyed by residents of The Berkeley. Our trial stay option gives potential future residents a sense of The Berkeley lifestyle. It is the warm, welcoming community, regular social gatherings and chore-free lifestyle that round out the retirement living experience. A temporary stay has a much greater impact on an individual than a tour, allowing for a full assessment of retirement living.
